These terms explain the rules, responsibilities, and conditions for using Wazify and its WhatsApp automation, campaign, chatbot, and business messaging services.
Responsible Use
Use Wazify only for lawful, consent-based WhatsApp communication.
WhatsApp Policies
You must follow Meta and WhatsApp Business messaging rules.
No Misuse
Spam, fraud, abuse, illegal content, or unauthorized messaging is prohibited.
1Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing or using Wazify, you agree to follow these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform or its services.
2Use Of The Platform
Wazify provides tools for WhatsApp Business API communication, campaigns, automation, chatbot flows, team inbox, templates, reports, and related business messaging services. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
3Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.
- You must provide accurate account, business, billing, and contact information.
- You must immediately contact your seller if you suspect unauthorized account access.
4WhatsApp And Meta Compliance
You must comply with all applicable Meta, WhatsApp Business Platform, template, messaging, commerce, privacy, and anti-spam policies. Wazify is not responsible for restrictions, bans, message failures, template rejections, number quality limits, or account actions taken by WhatsApp, Meta, or other third-party providers.
5Contact Consent
You are responsible for ensuring that your customers and contacts have given valid consent to receive messages from your business. You must not upload, import, or message contacts without proper permission or legal basis.
6Prohibited Activities
- Sending spam, misleading, fraudulent, illegal, harmful, or abusive messages.
- Uploading contacts without consent.
- Attempting to hack, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
- Using Wazify for illegal products, scams, impersonation, or policy-violating content.
- Sharing access credentials or reselling access without authorization.
7Payments And Subscriptions
Plan fees, billing cycles, refunds, upgrades, downgrades, and payment terms may depend on your seller, reseller, or service provider. WhatsApp Cloud API messaging charges may be separate from platform charges and may be billed according to Meta’s pricing rules.
8Service Availability
We aim to keep Wazify reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Availability may be affected by maintenance, hosting providers, third-party APIs, WhatsApp/Meta services, internet issues, or events outside our control.
9Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wazify and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses including lost profits, lost data, delivery failures, message delays, account restrictions, or third-party service issues.
10Termination Or Suspension
Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, misuse the platform, violate WhatsApp/Meta policies, or create security, legal, or operational risk.
